Dmitriy Ivanov ef1306d777 Refactoring: C++11 style DISABLE_ bionic marcos
Enable the -std=gnu++11 flag for libstdc++ static and
  dynamic libs.

  ScopeGuard uses DISABLE_ macros instead of '= delete';
