Calin Juravle a0ca209ac0 Sysconfig fixes ...

Remove _POSIX_THREAD_ATTR_STACKADDR and _POSIX_THREAD_ATTR_STACKSIZE
since they don't exists. Return -1 for their corresponding values but
don't set errno.
