Elliott Hughes 99ae0983c0 Implement rand/srand in terms of random/srandom.

Code developed for glibc or older versions of bionic might expect more
randomness than the BSD implementation provides.

This directory contains upstream NetBSD source. You should not edit these
files directly. Make fixes upstream and then pull down the new version of
the file.

TODO: write a script to make this process automated.
