Dmitriy Ivanov 59c12a6527 Load libraries in breadth-first order ...

This patch fixes the problem with symbol search order
  for dlsym(RTLD_DEFAULT/RTLD_NEXT, .) by loading libraries
  and ld_preloads in correct order.
