Elliott Hughes 0133944b09 Clean up our OpenBSD usage.

Also undo some of the mess where we have OpenBSD <stdio.h> but a mix of
different BSD's implementations.

In this first pass, I've only moved easy OpenBSD stuff.

This directory contains upstream FreeBSD source. You should not edit these
files directly. Make fixes upstream and then pull down the new version of
the file.

TODO: write a script to make this process automated.
