Dmitriy Ivanov a3ad450a2e Load libraries in breadth-first order
This patch fixes the problem with symbol search order
  for dlsym(RTLD_DEFAULT/RTLD_NEXT, .) by loading libraries
  and ld_preloads in correct order.
