Elliott Hughes	eae27dc55a	Make mips generated assembler more like the mips64 stuff. I broke the mips build yesterday because it doesn't use <private/bionic_asm.h> like the other architectures, including mips64. Elliott Hughes	cac7b9d6ec	Remove dependencies on obsolete __ARCH_WANT_SYSCALL_NO_FLAGS syscalls. (aarch64 kernels only have the newer system calls.)
