25a87f7641 Fix declaration of malloc_usable_size() 
The function should take a 'const void*' parameter, instead of 'void*'.
Note that the implementation in upstream-dlmalloc/malloc.c already does
this.

b2e1abda05 Pull upstream FreeBSD revision 249810. 
Fix license clause numbering.

Convert libc/stdio from K&R to ANSI C.

And add '__restrict' where it appeared in the header prototypes.
