c85e82dde5 Fix dlsym() to take into account RTLD_GLOBAL/LOCAL 
Symbols from libraries opened with RTLD_LOCAL (default)
  should not be visible via dlsym(RLTD_DEFAULT/RTLD_NEXT, .)
